Miracles

A cynical detective becomes a believer after he is miraculously healed at the start of this series. He goes on to investigate "miraculous" phenomenon. In the episode, "Battle at Shadow Ridge" two children find themselves the first to encounter a crossroads of time between the present and the American Civil War. Joel plays a doctor at the wartime battlefield.
